Compliance

Risk disclosure and the policies that govern how we operate.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

1. Risk disclosure

Leveraged trading can result in losses that exceed your initial deposit for professional clients, and rapid losses for all clients.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

2. Conflicts of interest

We operate an agency model and do not take proprietary positions against client orders.

Staff personal account dealing is pre-cleared and monitored by Compliance.

3. Anti-money-laundering

We verify identity and source of funds at onboarding and monitor transactions on an ongoing basis.

Suspicious activity is reported to the Swiss Money Laundering Reporting Office as required.

4. Complaints handling

Complaints should be sent to compliance@helvetiamarkets.ch and are acknowledged within two business days.

If unresolved, you may refer the matter to our recognised ombudsman scheme at no cost.

5. Client asset protection

Client money is held in segregated accounts at Swiss custodian banks and reconciled each business day.

Segregated funds are not used for our own operations under any circumstances.
