Infrastructure for desks that measure in microseconds

FIX 4.4, raw market data and Zurich colocation beside our matching gateway. No last look, no strategy restrictions and a published latency budget for every stage of the path.

Strategy fit

Four strategy shapes, four different bottlenecks

Tell us which of these you run and we will tell you honestly whether colocation changes your economics.

01

Cross-venue

Same instrument, two venues. Requires cross-connects on both legs and a shared clock.

Fibre + colocation

02

Statistical pairs

Mean-reverting baskets across correlated names. Latency matters less than borrow and margin netting.

REST / WebSocket

03

Triangular FX

Three-leg currency loops on aggregated liquidity, executed as an atomic package.

FIX 4.4

04

Cash and carry

Spot against futures or perpetual basis, with financing quoted before the trade.

FIX + drop copy

Colocation server aisle with neatly routed fibre optic cabling and a red accent light

Infrastructure

What sits between your model and the venue

Zurich colocation

Quarter, half and full racks in the same facility as our matching gateway, with cross-connects provisioned in five business days.

Cross-connects

Dedicated fibre to SIX, Xetra and LD4, plus microwave backup on the Zurich–Frankfurt leg.

Market data

Raw multicast feeds and a normalised binary feed, both timestamped at the venue edge in nanoseconds.

Session management

Multiple FIX sessions per account, independent throttles and a drop copy for your own reconciliation.

Connectivity

Every interface, with its real numbers

Throttles are per session and can be raised after conformance testing. All interfaces share one account and one margin pool.

Onboarding

Live in four steps, usually inside three weeks

A named engineer owns your integration from conformance to production and stays on the desk afterwards.

  1. 01

    Conformance

Test sessions against our UAT gateway with a full order-type matrix.

  2. 02

    Risk profile

Agreed message rate, max order size and kill-switch thresholds.

  3. 03

    Cross-connect

Rack, power and fibre provisioned; clock sync verified against PTP.

  4. 04

    Go live

Production credentials, drop copy and a named engineer on the desk.

Questions

Arbitrage, answered plainly

Do you allow latency arbitrage?

Yes. We do not use last look, we do not reject on price movement, and we do not restrict strategies that profit from being faster than us.

What are the minimums for colocation?

A quarter rack with a single cross-connect, plus an Institutional account. Pricing is quoted per facility.

Can I run multiple strategies on one account?

Yes. Each FIX session can be tagged and throttled independently, with separate drop copies for reconciliation.

Is there a kill switch?

Every session has a server-side kill switch on message rate, notional and drawdown, plus a manual cancel-all from the terminal.
